If your order has not been shipped yet and you placed it with a membership, you can cancel it from the "My Account" section on our website. If you placed an order without membership, you can contact us at 0850 532 47 21 Support Line or at our email address [email protected]. It is not possible to cancel shipped orders through the website. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the refund process in the "My Account" section.
  1. Creating a Return/Exchange Request:

    • If you wish to return or exchange an item, log in to your account on our website.
    • If you are unable to log in, you can create a return/exchange request by selecting the relevant order and item from the "Order Tracking" section or the "Member Login" page.
  2. Filling Out the Form:

    • Fill out the return or exchange request form. Specify the reason in the form and provide details about your request. Download the form
  3. Approval and Instructions:

    • You will receive approval after your return/exchange request has been reviewed.
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions and necessary information for the return/exchange via email or through your account.
  4. Returning the Product:

    • After approval, send the product back to the specified address with its original packaging.
    • Shipping costs will be at your expense.
  5. Return or Exchange Process:

    • After the product is received, if the return request is approved, your payment will be refunded or your exchange request will be fulfilled.

Notes:

  • Return/exchange requests should generally be made within a specific period (e.g., within 14 days from the delivery date).
  • You can review our return/exchange policies in detail by checking the "Return and Exchange Policy" section on our website.

Our customer service team will assist you at every stage and ensure the smooth completion of the process.

  • Shipping fee is covered by us for orders of 750 TL and above.
  • For orders below 750 TL, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Refund Procedures:

  • In case of returns due to defective or wrongly sent products, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.
  • For other return requests (customer changed their mind, not satisfied, etc.), the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.

If a customer places an order for 2 or more products at the same time with a total amount exceeding 750 TL, but later decides to return one or more products, reducing the remaining order total below 750 TL, the refund process will deduct the shipping fee accordingly. The shipping fee will be evaluated in accordance with the bulk order shipping fee policy.

In this case, the total amount to be refunded to the customer will consist of the product return amount deducted by the shipping fee.

  1. Return Conditions:

    • You can create a return request within 14 days from the date you received the product.
    • The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, with labels and packaging fully preserved.
    • The product should not have been exposed to Perfume or similar scents.
    • The product should not have been washed.
    • You can fill out the Return Form for your return requests.
For product return approval, it is mandatory that the product is unused and has not lost its resalable feature; products that have lost this feature will be rejected. The shipping fee for rejected products will be paid by the buyer.
  1. Exchange Conditions:

    • You can make an exchange request within 14 days from the date you received the product.
    • To check if the product you want to exchange is in stock, you can contact customer service.
    • The return unit conditions are valid during the exchange process.
    • The product to be exchanged must not have lost its resalable feature.
  2. Shipping Fees:

    • Shipping fees for returns/exchanges due to faulty or wrongly sent products are covered by our company.
    • For other return/exchange requests, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Return and Exchange Process:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with shipping instructions and information regarding the return process.
    • Upon the arrival of the return product, its condition will be checked, and if approved, the return process will be initiated.
    • In the case of an exchange request, the new product will be shipped, and you will be notified.
  4. Return and Exchange Rejection:

    • Return/exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
    • Customers will be informed of rejected requests due to damages or signs of use on the product during the return/exchange process.
  5. Refund Process:

    • When the return process is approved, your payment will be refunded through your original payment method. The duration of refund transactions depends on your bank.
    • Payments made with credit cards: 7-10 days
    • Payments made with bank account cards: 20-30 days
    • Cash on Delivery: 7-10 days
There is no difference whether you make the payment via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or credit card. The refund will be processed within 15 business days after the completion of the return process and receipt of the returned product.
